The Human Gaze & The 6/9 Problem* is a mythical musical performance that connects the past, present and future within a cyclical universe. Inspired by myths, particularly the World Tree Yggdrasil, it explores the relationship between humanity and nature and the challenges posed by the climate crisis. The performance oscillates between despair and hope, between an awareness of the destruction wrought by humankind and the possibility of a new beginning. The production is a genre-blend of poetry, songs, movement, dance, music, soundscapes, video projection and lighting design.
